PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK OR CONTACT US… You have the option of reserving 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms on a floor dedicated to AirB&B, which includes a den/kitchen combo, large bath and laundry room. A semi-private entrance to a modern, yet cozy floor. Five minutes from Wal-Mart, downtown, Campbellsville University, dining, parks Campbellsville airport, Green River Lake State Park and Civil War battlefields. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Private and peaceful. We have two rooms available with a "single" queen sized bed, reservations for those rooms are 69.00 per night. We also have a larger bedroom available that feature "two" queen sized beds and a child's bed for 85.00 per night. Books these as per your needs. There is a maximum of "two" persons per-room policy for the single bed rooms and a maximum of four" persons policy for the larger room with "two" queen beds. Any other arrangements must be made in advance of any booking. If you wish to book the larger room with 2 queen beds at the higher rate, the difference in price is due upon arrival. Also please note that all prices are with no "hidden" fees. Semi-private outside entrance to newly renovated floor with lighted key-code access and convenience parking. Once inside, carpeted steps leading to your private entrance downstairs. You can rest secure, knowing you are in a friendly neighborhood. We have keyed locks on each bedroom door (and privacy chains) not to mention security features such as automatic lighting and video cameras at entrances. The lights are energy efficient LED bulbs, using 6 watts or less, so use all the light you need! Appliances are all modern stainless finish and energy efficient. You will also find many amenities such as a Keurig single serve coffee maker and large screen TV with access to Netflix or DVD player. We offer unbeatable rates, un-matched services, great location and fresh, clean rooms. We will be near to assist if needed, but promise you will have your space and privacy. A terrific value that you will find "just right" We normally give guests their space. You can always message us if needed. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with large backyard overlooking farmland in a cul de sac. Weather permitting, feel free to enjoy the large wooded yard and play with Lily and Kit (our cats) or Rosie (Yorkie\blue heeler) It will make her day if you play fetch with her! Please park to the "left" of the parking lot. This makes it more convenient for everyone. Also, used the wi-fi labeled "guest" If you use Netflix, please "exit" when finished. It will free up bandwidth for others. To the left of the parking lot is a park-style charcoal grill, feel free to use it. (Charcoal not supplied, please leave the area clean.)
