Peaceful & private location. Owner-occupied (1 person) & WFH F/T. Has 1 cat. House is less than 10 minutes to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Kennett Square, Brandywine River Museum & Kendal. Close to other attractions in Chesco, Delco & Northern Del. Great for extended stays-over 1 month is possible. You will be staying in a large solar-powered colonial house. Entry is through the front door. Your bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and on a private wing. No other guests will be staying at the house during your stay. Roku enabled TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services. Owner-occupied (1 person) & WFH F/T. 1 cat on the premises. Guests have full use of the kitchen and reserved refrigerator space. Kitchen amenities includes a 36 inch six burner gas range & oven, refrigerator, a microwave oven, cookware and utensils. Mr. Coffee machine (12 cups) in kitchen and coffee (in freezer). No pets allowed. I recommend that all my guests consider obtaining travel insurance. You will have a Private Bathroom. Also common access to the Kitchen, Living Room, Deck, Fireplace/Woodstove, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. 2nd bedroom has futon full size bed. Minimum 48 hour time gap between guests. Suggested running and cycling routes available. Lyft and Uber service this area. Fresh towel service will be provided in your private bathroom for you before your arrival. Of course, there are additional towels of various sizes in the linen closet in the bathroom.
