Slice of quiet nature views just north of the Twin Cities. Beautiful sunsets on the lake. Space is walkout lower level of main house with separate entrance, (approx 1300 sq. ft.) patio with table and chairs, fire pit, large yard. Sleeps 6 +1 infant. 3 Bedrooms, private Bathroom , Family Room, Kitchen newly added. Owner lives on upper level of the home. Kitchen and adjacent eating area: Table & 4 chairs, full sized microwave, stove, and fridge toaster oven, coffee maker, Electric Fry Pan (14 inch), French Press, toaster, panini grill, crockpot, booster/high chair available on request. Pack n Play for Infant; Booster/high chair available on request. Crib Kids blocks, books and board games. Yard games-croquet, bean bag. Hosts on main floor. You'll have the complete lower level to yourselves with separate entrance. Hosts live on main floor. There is a circular staircase that connects the lower level with the main floor but is blocked at the top, We will not access the lower level during your stay to ensure your privacy, unless there is some emergency or you request help with something. Available by text or call. Nature/Bird watching. Sandhill crane family, eagles, egrets, geese, ducks, occasional deer, wild turkeys. Neighborhood is safe with privacy and quiet. 25 minutes to downtown Minneapolis or St Paul. Park N Ride about 15 minutes away. Close to 3 public beaches, many parks, biking or walking trails. Schwann's National Sports Center about 15 minute drive. Target/Walmart, restaurants 10 minute drive. Look for white mailbox with white star hanging down and reflectors on west side of road. Road is 50 mph so mailbox comes up fast. House is set back from road. Located on a lake that's part of chain of lakes and bird refuge. The lake is shallow with mud bottom so not a good swimming lake. Public swimming beaches within 3-5 miles.
