Modesto's college area is quaint and cozy. Our classic Tudor home adorned with 111 year old trees sits in Modestos most desirable neighborhood. Close to Doctors Medical Center and local bussiness makes for a easy walk or a close drive. Professionals inquiring about long term stay. Inquire about special pricing. Your studio apt sits above the garage with your own private entrance and parking spot. The home is located two blocks from Doctors Medical Center making it ideal for traveling nurses or doctors. The home is centrally located and close to activities ranging from gormet dining, theaters, and down town modesto. Nearby freeway entrances makes getting around fast and simple. Your studio apartment comes stalked with all amenities from tea, coffee and coffee pot. Refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils food is not provided. A WIFI conected smart TV is loaded with popular apps like Netflix, HULU,and more, you will need your own account in order to sign in to those services. A DVD player and a variety of dvds are located in the apt as well. If you are a traveling nurse or doctor I will try to accommodate your stay to fit longer work assinments. Guests will have a private entrance. And will have full access to anything inside the studio. The studio comes fully furnished My family and I live in the main house. I also have three dogs on the property that will most likely bark at you through the fence as you enter your aptartment. If you see us during your stay feel free to say HI. I am available most days after 6 and can almost always be reached by phone if you need anything. If you have problems using the electronic lock feel free to call and I can assist you. Modesto’s Historic College area is one of class: 111 year old trees adorn the neighborhood bringing charm to this classic 1930’s area. Our particular home was built in 1931 and sits walking distance away from Graceda park, Modesto's oldest city park, developed in 1907, Graceada was designed by John McClaren, the designer of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. The area is popular for its Walking/running and biking trails, wine bars, coffee houses, local gourmet restaurants, small businesses, pubs, state and local theaters. If you’re here for business or pleasure the activity you seek is only a 3 minute drive away. A designated parking spot is located at the rental site. no extra fee for parking. I do ask if your car leaks fluid please park on the street and not in the parking space that is provided.
