PA Farmhouse Close to Skiing & Casino-Pet Friendly

Our 1900's PA Farmhouse is nestled along a quiet country road that backs up to 5 acres of woods & fields. Enjoy looking at the autumn foliage or playing outdoor games on our large lawn. We also have a fire pit for making s'mores in the evenings. Our living room has an extra large fire place to sit by and sip wine or play board games by the fire. Only 15 minutes away from Skytop Lodge, 20 mins from the Casino, 30 Mins from Kalahari Resorts & the shopping outlets, 40 Mins from Camelback Resort House Layout Downstairs -Galley kitchen w/ apron sink, dishwasher, cook top and double oven. There is a microwave, coffee maker & a slow cooker available and we have most kitchen necessities you would need to cook or bake! -Small laundry space -Sun room that opens to a deck outside -Dining room that seats 10 -Game room with kids toys and games for both adults and children, plus a chalkboard wall. We also have a small library of books to choose from. -Over-sized living room with TV and DVD player and large wood burning fire - place -Bedroom that has 3 twin beds -1 full bathroom with shower only (you have to enter bedroom to get to this bathroom) -1 Front Porch that has outdoor furniture (2 Wicker Rocking Chairs, A Wicker couch and table) and 1 twin size day bed Upstairs -1 full bathroom (shower only) -Bedroom 1-2 twin beds -Bedroom 2-queen bed -Bedroom 3-queen bed -Bedroom 4-king bed -Porch overlooking yard and pool We have 1 gas grill on a large stone patio and we have a deck overlooking the yard and pool that has a gazebo for extra coverage. Pool is fenced in and heated with lounge chairs and 2 over sized umbrellas (pool opens Memorial Day and closes 1 week after Labor Day) Guest access to entire property and private pool. Our neighborhood is pretty remote and private. You really get a sense of peace and there is a lot of nature to explore on our property. Although we are remote, we are close to many fun activities...here are a few! 25 mins from Mt. During the Fall, there are so many amazing options for apple and pumpkin picking, one of our favorites, especially for families is Roba Family Farms! We provide bed linens, hand towels and bath mats. We do not provide bath or pool towels. We also have a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and one trash bag in the garbage can. You also need to provide your own firewood which can be purchased at the local grocery store. There is a dumpster on the property for easy trash disposal. ** If bringing pets, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added to the reservation. **Due to Covid 19 we are taking extra precaution to make sure the house is as clean and sanitized as possible. We have proper cleaning supplies to sanitize, including furniture sanitizer.
