HEATING CHARGE FOR OFF SEASON MAY BE APPLIED BEFORE BOOKING This is an old farm and lakeside house, while the interior has been updated, it still holds some of its rustic charm, it has a wonderful large kitchen fully equipped and easy access to the garden from there , ideal for those lovely summer evenings to enjoy with the family, maybe a BBQ You have a wonderful floral fenced private Garden , and in a seperate garden adjacent you have access to the lake with our own frontage that we all use. The house is large and can sleep up to 8 people with no trouble between 4 seperate areas, there is a Bbq outside and 2 kitchens one on the ground floor and one on the first floor , this kitchen could be used for a ninth person if required . Own private garden and Lake frontage seperate but part of our establishment Because of Covid we will be available in a seperate property close by but seperate from this private Gite We have the lake of st pardoux right in front of us, and the lake in seperate parts has a range of activities, from wake boarding , water skiing, sailing , swimming, Archery, climbing , tree adventure , places to windsurf for the equipment owner, and much much more. You can now move around the lake with bicycles or your car. Short stays sheets and bedding are not included, however from 6 days and more we have your beds ready for you
