The house is in the centre of the characteristic village of Kaspakas, close to the village square where you will find a church, a bar, a supermarket and a traditional bakery. It is a five-minute car ride from the main town and port of Mirina; andonly 1,5 km from the sea and the beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis. Big windows, the location and the high altitude of the village allow the house to always have a fresh climate. Quiet terrace with panoramic views onto the hills. The apartment is located at the ground floor of the house. It is around 75 m2, completely independent, well furnished and comfortable. It consis of two bedrooms. The bigger one has a fan and air conditioning, bed size is 1,80m x 1,90m; and the second, smaller bedroom has a fan and a bed size 1,40m x 1,90m. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and you will find a big shower bathroom with a view to the surrounding hillyl andscape. There is an area between the two bedrooms where you can sit to read, work on your computer or just relax. The outside terrace is spacious with a pergola and a table for pleasant ‘al fresco’ meals. It is also possible to close the terrace curtains to create more privacy We take care to clean the house property before and after any renting. At the mean time the house is quite and panoramic. By car you can reach many interesting places in few minutes. The airport is 20 minutes far from kaspakas. Also motorbikes are useful. Bicycles are not suggested a cause of the uphill road. There is a public parking 200 meters from the house, anyway you can also reach the house by car through the narrow streets. An other little parking is located in the square of the church, 50 meters from the house. The house is located near the main square in Kaspakas and is easy to reach from the village public parking area via a downhill road. A traditional very good bakery and a supermarket are located only a few meters from the house. Your host is Italian and during the summer she will be staying in a studio underneath the house.
