NOTE: The house is a two family home with a totally separate apartment above on the opposite street that is available independently. It has its own parking, entrance, deck, yard and hot tub. The house is in a season lake community. Summer months are busy with families enjoying their summers homes out of the city. Winter time is very quiet and peaceful with surges of activity around holidays. The community is built in the woods surrounding a lake. Walking and bicycling are great to get around the lake but if you want to get out and explore, a car is recommended. There is no direct public transportation. There is Shortline Bus that runs from White Lake (about a mile walk) and there is cab service and Uber just a phone call away. A Special Note for Winter Guests: The laundry shed is seasonal. The Washer and Dryer are only available in warm months, May through October. Monticello has a great laundromat only 6 miles away.
