Gorgeous and central Ringwood home!

The house is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 story home set back from the road in leafy surrounds. We are close to public transport, Eastland shopping centre, Eastlink and we are a 30 minute drive to the Yarra Valley. The bedrooms are connected to a private sitting room where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a meal. There is also a private bathroom and separate toilet. We require our guests to check in using a unique QR code for checking in and to verify their vaccination status. My home is a fully renovated European style house set back from the street and surrounded by trees. It is a comfortable and quiet home with a relaxed feel and welcoming atmosphere. You will have your own private space in separate quarters on the upper floor. The space includes a generous light filled sitting room with a garden view. This is a wonderful space to relax with a book or to watch Netflix. There is also a good sized bathroom with a large bath and a separate toilet/powder room. The queen sized room has a television and a private balcony. The second room has a double bed. For additional guests (over 2) a $45 per person fee will apply. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. I enjoy welcoming my guests and offer warm and generous hospitality. Please note wifi is available. You will have your own private space with access to an al fresco dining area which has bbq facilities. The main kitchen will not be accessible to guests. There is tea, coffee and toast making facilities in the sitting room and I will provide a variety of teas and coffee for your stay as well as a light breakfast. There is also a fridge available. Access to your space will be via the back entrance which is separate to the main entrance. You are welcome to spend time in the front garden which is lovely and private. I live an independent and active life but if I'm not at home I can always be contactable via phone or email should you need anything. My home is in a great location, with easy access to the CBD, entertainment and sporting venues. It is also the gateway to the Yarra Valley, which is well known for its wineries and gourmet food trails. It is close to Eastland Shopping Centre; Hoyts Cinemas and a great variety of cafes and restaurants. Uber eats is also available in our location. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we are very close to the Eastlink so if you're driving it is also very convenient. Laundering is available for an additional fee.
