Weeping Elm Guest Retreat

This studio apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood of a Swedish-American community featuring Bethany College, folk festivals, and a thriving fine art community. You have on-site parking and a semi-private entrance with easy access to one of the most vibrant Swedish communities in the US. Basement studio apartment, with full bath and Queen size bed. Kitchenette equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Guests are always welcome to use and enjoy outdoor gardens and sitting areas. Guests may make use of the sun room, laundry, and yard. We have a small grass garden with native plantings and a very small water garden. There is seating outside and guests are invited to bring their coffee up and linger to enjoy the outside gardens. We make use of masks when greeting our guests and ask guests to do the same. We will always be onsite or close-by and ready to provide assistance during your visit. Apartment is located 8 blocks from downtown shops, galleries and restaurants... 4 blocks from the Bethany College campus and short driving distances to many cultural, historical and geological sites. Masks are no longer required in all public areas. Guests who prefer to wear a mask will feel comfortable doing so. Lindsborg is one square mile in size, all locations in the community are readily accessible by walking, bicycle and car. The city features a new walking-biking, hard surface trail for year 'round exercise buffs. Masks are required in all public areas. We welcome guests who are robustly healthy and have been fully vaccinated for COVID. The Lindsborg Hospital and Clinic require masks and screening before entering. Otherwise the rest of the community has lifted restrictions. You may feel free to wear a mask as you like.
