The property includes full private access to the entire two bedroom house, which includes open plan living with a four chair dining table, two twin sofas in the living room, one bedroom equipped with a King size bed and another bedroom with two Single beds. Upon request for a fifth person a battery operated air mattress can be made available. The bathroom includes a shower inside a semi bath tub and laundry facilities. You are invited to relax on the sun lounges and rejuvenate to the sounds of the water fountain in the private courtyard. Your access to the property is convenient and easy with the use of a key-less pin code entry set up exclusively for each stay. Security to the property is provided with an alarm remotely activated outside of booking times. The hosts are only five minutes away so you only need to call for quick response and attention to any of your needs. Mi Casa is located within easy distance to Ormond train station to travel to the city. Stroll for 20 minutes, alternatively, a 4 minute drive with easy side street parking to the train station. The beach is a 10 minute drive where the infamous Brighton Bath Houses are located. Your stay is for you to enjoy in privacy but rest assured your hosts are just around the corner and a phone call away for any assistance required. The property is located 13km from the Melbourne Central Business District. The closest train station is 20 minutes walk otherwise a connecting bus will get you there faster. The train ride into the city takes about 25 minutes. The use of a car is ideal to be able to enjoy the local attractions such as the beach, nearby cafe districts and one of Australia's largest shopping centres Chadstone. Myki cards are available to use public transport available upon request. These need to be topped up with money as required and left following your stay for use by future guests. The house is a semi attached to an adjacent house so we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum and certainly quiet after 10pm to maintain the respect between neighbours. The house is located on a semi busy street so you may hear some traffic noise during peak times but the neighbourhood is otherwise friendly and quiet most of the day. Side street access makes parking at the property convenient and safe. You will be very comfortable on both the king size bed and two single beds. An air mattress is available upon request for a fifth person. This will need to be set up in a common space of the living room. We spend one third of our life sleeping so it is important to get a good night's rest. During your leisure or work holiday this is even more important. That is why Mi Casa provides a king size "Sleep to live" ensemble bed. You will want to sleep in every morning. The cleaning fee included is for a once only clean after the end of your stay. For guests staying longer than one week with your permission we are able to offer and provide extra regular cleaning services during your extended stay at a maximum of once per week for a cost of $125 each time. This cost will include fresh linen change, general house clean, including floors and bathroom, replenishing of toilet paper, shampoo, laundry and dish washing liquid. Please indicate if you are agreeable to this or whether you prefer to attend cleaning and restocking of cleaning items yourself for no extra charge. When Airbnb calculates the average nightly rate for your booking, It also adds in a one time $125 cleaning fee plus a guest service fee which is why the final rate will appear higher.
