The Trawool hills and state reserve can be seen from the wrap-around verandah whilst you enjoy a local wine or a cup of tea in the hammock. Plenty of outdoor seating/dining, bbq and fire-pit give plenty of outdoor time and a place to watch the birds and clear glittering skies at night and the dramatic sunsets sweep across the land. Peaceful and tranquil with gentle horses grazing in the undulating, wooded paddocks. There is a wood heater for cozy nights by the fire and a bathtub for winter soaks. A fully equipped country kitchen so you can cook up a storm and a large dining table/room for group meals. Space for 2 cars under the carport. If you're looking for new house with state-of-the art everything, it's not for you but if what you want is something clean, comfortable and charming and to be close to nature trails, wineries and easy access to the road, then this is the place for you! Guests with accessibility needs will find a short concrete ramp onto the deck, so no stairs to combat. With just over an acre around the house fully fenced, you can keep your pooch secured. Please do let us know if you plan to bring a pet. You'll have access to the entire house (except the garage, it's our storage space) the 1 fenced acre that surrounds it (perfect for your pet) and if you're confident with being around horses, you can take a stroll in the surrounding paddocks. Closest neighbours are about 250 metres away so you’ll have lots of privacy and space to relax
