The home is lovely and centrally located in the historic Riverside Park area. A block from the Red River; there is a massive park with a public swimming pool, bike route, and sites for a picnic. Moreover, the place is in close vicinity to the UND campus, Ralph Engelstad Arena, and the newly built UND medical school. The space is perfect for holidays, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Quietly unwinding after a long day also saves money on affordability, not staying at a small hotel room or sublet while you can have the whole place for yourself. This is an up and down duplex building approximately 100 years old; however, recently updated in and outside of the house, remolded, and well furnished, each apartment has an utterly separate entry and private. The Riverside is the lower unit. All utilities included plenty of parking, two cars on the backside of the house, and two on the driveway. Although the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, there are few famous bars Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and others within walking distance. Many restaurants have famous Red Peppers a few blocks from the house, gas station, and many more. The Riverdale will give you a sense of feeling welcome home. Public transportation available and accessible to catch a bus within a minute's walk. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. Within five minutes, you can locate one - easy to find the location. During your stay, any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your host anytime. However, before you leave the place, kindly turn off all lights, clean all the dishes if you have used them, also. Please don’t leave any leftover food on the plate or in the refrigerator; throw it in the garbage. As far as the bedsheet and dirty towels, pull out the bedsheets only along with your dirty towels put everything in the trash bag (the bags are under the kitchen counter).
