Modern bathroom. • Wheat and maize fields. • Apple and pear orchards. • You'll see flying squirrels in the night. • Beautiful sunrise • You'll get two dongles-Airtel and Jio-with unlimited Internet access. • Hair Dryer • Breakfast • Patio • Lawn • Oven/Toaster/Coffee Maker/Refrigerator Parking spot is available. ★This house is the perfect cabin in the woods • It's exceptionally beautiful and comfortable. • Two bedrooms, with soft double beds. • A balcony, lawn and patio where you can sip wine. • It's very sunny in the sitting area, when it's good. • Modern bathroom • A lawn and garden outside. • A desk for you to write inside the room. • A beautiful patio table made from the root of a tree. The cottage, the lawn around it. Guests are free to walk around in the forests nearby, and the fields nearby, so long as they don't step on the crops. Guests are also welcome to use the common kitchen, and the personal kitchen inside the cottage. For the common kitchen, you'll just have to coordinate with us on the timings. ★Daleepji's wife cooked trout fish for us which was simply superb. •The landlord and landlady will always be available for the guests. •You will get whatever you need from the market at your doorstep. •You will also get your clothes washed, dried and ironed. •We cook anything guests request us to, so long as we have all the ingredients. •We go with guests on short hikes. •We also arrange taxis at a cheaper price. NOTE: Drinking and smoking are allowed, but be very responsible. Loud music in not allowed anywhere in the town after 8pm. ★Tandi is a remote village above Jibhi, a 8 kilometer drive from the Jibhi market. ★It's a beautiful village with wheat and maize fields, pear trees, and apple orchards. ★The Himalayan subtropical pine forests are on the both sides of the road from Jibhi to Tandi. ★The treehouse is surrounded by mountainous forests on all sides. ★There's nothing nearby, other than a sparsely populated village of about 100 people. ★The waterfall originates here. ★Tandi is the most beautiful village in the Jibhi area. ★You'll have a very comfortable life here, away from everything. ★Bus: Most of our guests come here by taking a bus from Delhi to Manali, and getting down at the AUT market. If you are coming by bus, go through the AUT tunnel, get down at the AUT Market, and then take a taxi to Tandi or a bus to Banjar, and then a bus to Jibhi, and then a taxi to Tandi. There maybe (rarely) direct buses to Jibhi. Unionized taxis in AUT and Banjar may charge far more. Arrange it through us for cheaper transportation. ★Car: If you are coming from Delhi, you will be passing through Chandigarh, Bilaspur and Mandi before you reach the AUT tunnel. The AUT tunnel is about 6 hours far from Chandigarh. If you are coming in your own car, you don't have to enter the tunnel. Just drive straight to Banjar, and then to Jibhi. From Jibhi, there is a road going up to Tandi. Just call Daleep when you reach Jibhi. He'll instruct you how to go up. ★Air: The nearest airport is in Bhuntar, about 68 kilometers away. ★Rail: The nearest railway station is in Shimla, about 160 kilometer away. It takes a 7 hour drive to reach Jibhi, from Shimla. Buses take you here in 7-8 hours. Take a bus from Shimla to Manali. Get down at AUT and come to Jibhi in a taxi. •You will get whatever you need from the market at your doorstep. •You will also get your clothes washed, dried and ironed at a modest price. •We cook delicious Himachali food. •We go with guests on short hikes. •We'll arrange the cabs for you, or provide you the number of the taxi union. The cab prices aren't within our control, and fluctuate widely. "Its cold in December, January and February. A lot of guests love this weather, but some don't. So if you find cold weather unbearable, the rest of the year is fine. We've good heaters, but there's so much that's beyond our control, like voltage fluctuations. If the worst comes to the worst, you may have to come up in a 4*4 vehicle or take a walk while we carry your luggage up"
