Comfortable 2 BHK apartment near Colva & Majorda 4

If you are looking for an accommodation close to Colva, Majorda, Margao close to a lot of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, this is the perfect place to spend your holiday. Our 2 bedroom apartment is designed recently and we are open to our guests. The living room & kitchen were done up with A feel of providing guests a clean and comfortable stay.The rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned and the kitchen fully equipped. I hope to welcome guests in this newly developed apartment of mine. Our apartment is designed with fully air-conditioned living and dining, equipped kitchen and an additional washroom. A well appointed bed room with air-conditioners and attached bathroom. The bed rooms have a King size bed in each of the bed rooms and an extra mattress can be provided in each bed room in case of extra guests. The living room has a comfortable sofa and an LED TV for your entertainment and also a dining table with can seat 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster to handle basic cooking.We also have a balcony area. We have cupboards in both the rooms. During your stay you will be able to access the entire apartment and parking. My house is right next to the apartment. I will also be there to receive you upon arrival at the apartment. For any further assistance required please feel free to give me a call. We are located in a peaceful location in South Goa. South Goa is famous for its pristine, clean and secluded beaches. We are located few 100 meters away from Betalbatim Beach. The Airport is approximate 25 minutes leisure drive from our place. To roam around in the locality, I could try and arrange for rent a bike or cab facility. Please inform me in advance. If not, there is a bus stop very close to my house. Rent A bike, Rent A car is available from this area. I can help you arrange one. I can assist you with making arrangements with local entertainment like sight-seeing, water sports, scuba diving, casinos, clubs and any other specific activity if required by you in Goa.Rates will be applicable. Gas usage will be charged. Laundry service will be provided as per request and charges will be applicable. Cleaning of the room on request and will be charged.
