One bedroom apartment in Kalibata City. Can accommodate up to 3 persons. Fully-furnished with 24 hrs security, located in South Jakarta. Close to Kalibata train station (5 mins walk), 5 km (15 mins drive) to Halim PK Airport. Taxi & ojek (motorcycle taxi) pool are just outside the gate. Restaurants, laundry services and convenience stores, mall, food court, ATM centers and groceries store available nearby. Previously 2 bedrooms apartment, I renovated the 2nd one into a living room with sofabed and TV. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, water dispenser and dinnerware. 1 access card and 1 door key will be provided to the guest to enter the building and to be returned upon check out. I am mostly available every day and will be happy to help anytime. Pet, drugs, weapons and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.  It is not allowed to rent the apartment to a 3rd party or to engage in any illegal activity within the apartment.  Please use and treat the premises with care and respect. The guest will be liable for any damage / lost item(s) in the apartment.  Access card or key lost will be charge IDR 300,000 or USD 25 for replacement. For monthly stay, separate elecricity and water bills will be charged.
