It's a quiet neighborhood, however, it's next to a school, if you need a sleep in during the weekdays and you are a light sleeper, it would not be suitable for you. Feel free to ask anything. There's a small cat on the property. You will have your own bathroom and shower no need to share. Plenty of storages in the room too. Free to use the swimming pool and common area there's a small white cat on property.
