*Recovery place in Bavaria next to river and lake*

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Cities as Burghausen (longest Castle of Europe), Altötting (place of pilgrimage), Passau ("the bavarian Venice"), Landshut or Braunau and Salzburg in Austria are very close. You will have a sperate entrance that offers all the privacy you wish for your stay. You will also have a balcony where you can enjoy the sun and relax. The Loft offers all you need: a private bathroom with shower and toillet, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, a livingroom with couch an TV, and upstairs a master-bedroom with Kingsize-Bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs you'll also find a light-flooded place to read. During your stay you can use the entire loft (as described above). You can call or write me if you have any questions, if needed I or the co-host can show up at the loft. The loft is part of the described two-family-home. It lies in the village Seibersdorf, part of the community of Kirchdorf. It's in south-east-Bavaria, Germany, very close to the Austrian border (8 km). It's a rural and very natural area, some Farmers are close, many families live here. The very popular cycle path from Freilassing to Passau is just a few metres away from the Condo. Not far away you'll find many lakes where you can swim and enjoy your day in the sun: Bergham lake (approx. 2 km), Waldsee lake in Kirchdorf (approx. 4 km), Marktl lake (approx. 6 km). The Bergham Lake and the Kirchdorf Lake do also have Restaurants where you can enjoy your original Bavarian Beer or a Cocktail and some tasty Snacks in the shade and sometimes even concerts take place there. There are great destinations around to explore from here: the birth place of the Emeritus Pope Benedict XVI. (6 km), the place of pilgrimage in Altötting (25 km), the "bavarian Venice", Passau (60 km), the Mozart City Salzburg (70 km), the medieval City Landshut (90 km), the City with Europe's longest Castle Burghausen (15 km) und much more interesting destinations are very highly recommended. If the weather is bad, there is no need to be sad! :-) You can plan your relaxing day in one of the very close Hot Spring Spas in either Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing or Bad Birnbach (each 30 km from here). The Munich Airport is approximately 90 km away, Salzburg Airport 70 km, you can travel by train (next train station is Julbach, 4 km away), there are also bus connections from Seibersdorf (see bus plan in apartment). The loft is part of a two family home. One person lives in the basement (also a seperate entrance), there will be no noise to hear in the house. OF COURSE WE FOLLOW THE SPECIAL CLEANING AND SANITIZING RULES DUE TO THE CORONO VIRUS. As I do not live in Kirchdorf during the workweek, the co-host, will take care of check-in, check-out as well as other questions.
