The cottage is spacious, fully equipped and modernised offering generous living and bedroom space and a quiet secluded garden. Ideal for a family holiday as the location is perfect for visiting the likes of Windsor, Legoland and London. Situated in the historic village of Colnbrook where there are good local amenities within a few minutes walk of the property; a Budgens store, The Ostrich Inn, The Village Grill and a children's playground. NB: Main Bathroom/WC are located on the ground floor. The cottage is fully equipped for up to 5 adults. It offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and the third with a single bed. Also available, upon request is a travel cot/a child bed / a high seat, that can be set up if required. The generous ground floor living area is airy and light, with a cozy seating area, dining space and modern kitchen complete with all necessary utensils. The kitchen opens out onto the quiet and extensive garden; to which guest have full and private access. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, a combined washing machine/dryer, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and a toaster. All cutlery, crockery, utensils, glassware, etc, are provided including pans and oven-ware. WiFi and Freeview TV is available at the property. Bed linen and towels, one hair dryer, steam iron and ironing board are also provided as well as bathroom amenities. There is free off-road parking for one car. There is free off-street parking for one car in front of the cottage. We also live locally in the village so are nearby to advise and assist our guests as required. There is a local convenience store in the village which is just a 2 minutes walk from the property. Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's Supermarkets are all available within a 8km radius and all can deliver online shopping to the property if required. The Ostrich Inn, which is the second oldest public house in England, is a few steps away, is family friendly and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Colnbrook is located as a great base for exploring a host of local attractions. Windsor Castle, Eton, Slough and the River Thames are all just a short drive from the cottage. There is also easy access to train and tube services to London. The local bus service is the number 81 and it stops every 15 minutes in the High St, diagonally across the street from the cottage to take you to Slough, or outside The George Pub, just 2 minute walk, if you are going to Hounslow West and onward London on the connecting Underground Tube service from there. Extensive cleaning practices are in place to provide the best possible protection against potential Covid-19 viruses. All rooms are thoroughly deep cleaned before the arrival of guests and the same robust cleaning protocols will be applied during every guest change over. The most frequently used areas, such as bathrooms, and most used devices and appliances like TV remote controls receive particular attention.
