Welcome to the cosy house with charm! This accommodation has a quiet and friendly atmosphere. The house is located in a safe suburb of Munich, only 19 minutes by train from the main station. You will find all shopping facilities on site, leisure facilities at lakes, in parks and forests. Your room is bright and very spacious, fully equipped with wardrobe, great king-size bed and has a desk as a workplace. Enjoy your stay! The spacious 18 square metre room with privacy is located on the first floor with a view of the beautiful garden. It is furnished with a comfortable bed (120 x 200cm), a large desk and a wardrobe. On the ground floor you will find the large bathroom with bathtub and shower, the extra toilet and the well-equipped cosy kitchen-living room. There is everything you need, like towels and bed linen. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are available. There are good transport links and good parking facilities just around the corner, a quiet street with little traffic and a friendly neighbourhood. The house has an enchanted garden that invites you to linger. And one of the inhabitants of the house is the friendly family dog.
