It is very near to Bellagio (10 minutes by car) and 40 minutes from the city of Como. La casa è indipendente su2piani: al piano terra troverete sala, cucina e bagno mentre al piano superiore le due camere da letto. La casa è stata recentemente sistemata, il bagno completamente ristrutturato. The house is independent on 2 floors: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen and bathroom while on the upper floor the two bedrooms. The house has been recently refurbished, the bathroom completely renovated. La casa non è dotata di parcheggio ma si trova nelle vicinanze un parcheggio pubblico non a pagamento. The house has no parking but there is a free public parking nearby. . Most of the houses are uninhabited or habited only for the summer periods as holiday homes. In the vicinity there are however a bar and a mini market within walking distance.
