This 4 1/2 room apartment includes 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, open living and dining, modern kitchen and balcony with great views. The ski bus to the main station is only 200m away. There is plenty bars, restaurants and shops within short walk. Our 2nd floor apartment comfortably fits two families with 4 kids, the apartment is located within few minutes walk to the bus stop where the free ski buses takes you to the main station every 15 min. Within short distance there a number of good restaurants, retail shops, bakery, cafes and supermarket. This well located apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 4 bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a WC and shower and the other with with a bath and a separate WC. Apartment is located near beautiful Caumasee lake and mountains -great for hiking and biking in summer time. You can ski to the apartment as well! Perfect mountain getaway! There is one spot in the garage available which is included in the price and there is also a public parking area opposite the apartment. On arrival and departure. I am always available for any questions or help they may need during their stay. The ski buses free of charge from apartment to main stations Flims, Laax and Falera for winter season.
