Duino is a small fishing village located on the Adriatic Sea. A place for families or couples to enjoy a quiet and fun holiday, swimming or sightseeing the local sights. The home is located in a large and quiet garden, perfect for families or couples looking for a home away from home. In a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy your meals outside, or just sit and read a book. The Aprtment offers two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Outside you can enjoy a large terrace and closed garden. We greet our guests on arrival, I leave plenty of broscures with things to see and do and then leave you to enjoy your holiday, we like our guest to feel at home so unless required we prefer to leave our guests to enjoy thier holiday, and will return to pick up the keys upon your departure. A Beautiful castle overlooks the sea, and in the small port you will find local fish restaurants. Most stores are within walking distance, a car is an excellent choice as there are many points of interest within driving distance for families or those looking to sightsee. We have a canoe and a boat that can be rented located in the port of Duino, please write to us before your stay if you wish to book the boat as we rent it out often. there is no license required to rent the boat (it is a rubber dinghy so easy to navigate ). If you like we can also program day trips with a guide to go for lunch in Slovenia, or just sightseeing of the coastline to Trieste, Grado or Aquilea.
