Very leafy with lots of parks scattered through the area. Our suburb is mostly houses with the occasional block of units. Fairfield is a quiet neighbourhood with lovely cafes and restaurants/bar just a 5 minute walk away. Walk through the park opposite to Coles and Aldi supermarkets, post office, doctors, chemist, cafes and 24 hour gym. We are within 2kms of 2 major Brisbane hospitals - the Prince Alexander (PA) and the Mater Public and Private. It's is also within walking distance to the University of Qld via the Green Bridge. We are also 500 mtrs from the riverfront parks and walking paths. There is off street secure parking in the undercover carport. Convenient city living, but with the tranquility of parks and quiet streets. Walk through park to bus (buses every 15 minutes) or to the train station (Fairfield on the Beenleigh Line).
