The property has it's own entrance lobby and stairs from the communal entrance, rising to the second floor, opening to a spacious open landing with a built in wardrobe, open plan lounge/kitchen (with an integrated gas hob and electric oven as well as a 55" TV with Prime Video, a Nintendo Wii + games, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle plus tea and coffee to help yourself), double bedroom, modern bathroom with bath and shower.
