Fantastic sea view, style and much positive energy on the air. A place where you can experience the authentic Greek tradition, without missing anything of your comfort. A spacious, old stone house, in one of the most beautiful villages of the island complex of Cyclades in the Aegean Archipelago. This is an old, traditional restored stone house located on Triantaros village / Tinos island. Our village has been listed as one of the 200 officially protected traditional villages all over Greece. This is a home where you can relax and enjoy extreme sea view quality of accommodation, the natural beauty of the island of Tinos and its special cultural aura. The house accommodates 4 persons, with respect to privacy. As it is located in the centre of the old part of Triandaros, it introduces you to the lifestyle of a small Cycladic village, while enjoying fantastic sea views and quality of accommodation. The house has 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with its own bathroom and a desk to work and a second one with two single beds and a wc. It accommodates at least 4 persons. It has a kitchen (fully equipped), a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. There is a patio, a veranda and 10 windows with stunning panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands, as also views to beautiful landscapes with traditional pigeon houses and windmills. The house has a central heating system and it is perfect also for a winter stay. Because of the stone and the village’s attitude, it’s cool in the summer. It is elegant furnished and decorated with a combination of old traditional and modern furniture. There is a smart TV 32 '' with Netflix connection, a DVD player a radio/CD player and a CD collection - mostly of classical music, opera and jazz. Also, there is a fast wireless internet connection and a laptop for the use of guests. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Raki, capers, olives and extra virgin organic olive oil from our production are at your disposal. Triantaros is well known for its architecture, its healthy dry climate (320m attitude) and its magnificent panoramic sea views. It is only 6 km s far from the town-port of Tinos (with frequent bus connections) and near some of the most beautiful, clear, sandy beaches. The bus stop is only 50 meters far from the house. Please be aware that if you do not like stepping stairs this is not the right place for you. The entire village and the house have many stairs. Do not hesitate to contact me for any further information. I speak English, I can communicate in Italian and my husband speaks French. Finally, do not forget to ask our special rates for long stay (over a month) and for low season and winter stay. Tinos is one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades complex with a great tradition in Arts - especially in marble sculpture. One of the most famous marble sculptors of the island, Yannis Kyrarinis, is located in our village. The island has a strong religious tradition. It is one of the most sacred places for Greek Orthodox Christians, while its Catholic Christian Community is one of the most multitudinous in Greece. The nature of Tinos is unique, with mountains and wild sea sceneries especially in the northern part. If you like trekking and hiking you will love Tinos! Guests have access to the whole house. There is no shared room of facility. We are personally welcoming our guests and we are always available to help with anything they may need. The house has its own entrance and does not belong to a residential complex. The neighborhood is an authentic traditional Cycladic village! The bus stop is 2 minutes far from the house, however you should consider that the public transportation in Tinos is not so frequent as in a big city. If you want to explore the island, you definitely need to rent a car at least for 2-3 days.
