Only approximently 30 minutes to either: Brisbane City, Gold Coast or even Mt Tamborine. If travelling with kids Dreamworld, Movie world, Wet and Wild or Outback Spectaculor are all a short drive away. We are in a small acerage location yet minutes away from the major supermarkets and shopping centres. The granny flat comes fully self contained with your own private fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It has a private lounge and dining space. There is also a small private courtyard for you to utilise that extends from the main bedroom to the kitchen area. We are available to be contacted 24/7 but may not respond immediately and are living on the premises adjoining the flat. Our neighbourhood is a small average estate within a suburban area South of Brisbane. We are within 10 minutes drive of both major supermarkets and a couple of minutes drive from a smaller corner store. We have smaller take away shops nearby with a bottle shop in the complex. We also have the major takeaway food outlets within 10 mins drive. Public transport is available and we are walking distance to a bus stop which can then take you to a train station. The trains go directly to Brisbane or to the Gold Coast. To access the beach the light train can take you there from the train station. Alternatively we are within 10 minutes drive of a train station. Our driveway is steep for a short distance and turn around access is available for cars at the top. We are animal lovers and have a dog, small horse and numerous chickens for young kids to see.
