In town for work, to study, for a vacation or to visit relatives? You will feel right at home in our charming condo. Our place is confortable, spacious, bright and fully equipped. Located on a UNESCO World Heritage site, mere steps from everything, its picturesque location will enchant you. Monthly booking only. Completely renovated with modern amenities, our space still has some of the cachet we all love about older buildings; exposed brick walls, wooded ceiling beams, original windows and antique hardware, big mouldings around windows and doors. It is spacious (1600 sq. ft.), on two levels, has 3 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. This layout also makes the space suitable for roommates. In the early morning, runners will appreciate a workout along the St-Lawrence river or on Les Plaines d'Abraham. After a busy day at work or sight seeing, the tranquility of our condo will welcome you. Our fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook a gourmet meal and dine in. You could also choose to dine out in one of the many restaurants around and stop for an aperitif at Le Château Frontenac located just 750m away! When you retire for the evening, you'll fall asleep in a confortable bed and linens. Located on one of the most beautiful street of Old Québec, you have a spectacular unobstructed view on the marina. Many activities are happening there all year round. From dusk to midnight the light show Aurora Borealis is projected on the silos fo the Old Port. A delight to watch from the confort of our condo! As our guest(s), you have access to the entire unit and our private patio. My co-host Eric lives in the city and arrangements can be made if you need to meet in person. There is SO MUCH to see and do. Please review our Guidebook; we have listed many of the major attractions and our favourite local spots. We have a 31 night minimum booking policy and to help you immerse yourself as quickly as possible in the community, our Guidebook also include all the essential places you'll need to go to cover the basics of everyday living. You don't need a car to explore everything it has to offer and it is best to stroll its streets on foot. If you have a car, there are several parking options in the neighbourhood. Like the vast majority of the properties in Old Québec, there is no parking on premises. Please email me and I'll be happy to help you find the option that suits your needs. Don't have a car and need to venture outside of the city centre? No problem! You are just a few steps away from public transportation, car rental offices, the train station and the ferry to the south shore. And there is always taxis available around. - Our condo is located on the third floor of the building; there are 37 steps to climb, no elevator. Something to keep in mind if you have a health condition or if you would need to carry big items like a stroller or baby gear upstairs on a daily basis. - Lobby's door is at sidewalk level. There are two steps to climb to get to the main building door. - It is strictly prohibited to leave items in common spaces (lobby and hallway).
