Cosy flat 10 min to the city centre

My apartment is a brand new one-room flat situated in popular but quiet part of Prague called Karlin. Metro station Krizikova is 400 m away and you can get to the city centre in 10 minutes. From the Bus Station Florenc it takes 2 min by metro. Forum Karlin is just a 4 min walk. Perfect transport connectivity during the day and night. You can find many restaurants, cafés and shops in the area. Bonuses for you: map of Prague and public transport, recommendations for activities in Prague. The flat is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It has a comfortable lofted bedroom for two people and a fold out sofa for another 1 to 2 people. There is Wi-Fi, 2 smaller closets for your things, a dining table with 3 chairs and a comfortable rocking chair. The bathroom is with shower enclosure. Fully equipped kitchen comes with microwave oven, a ceramic stove top, kettle, French press, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishes and cutlery and supplies of salt, sugar, pepper and oil. I provide you with bed linens, towels, hair dryer, leaflet of Prague public transport, map of Prague and book with interesting non-touristy places in Prague (to borrow). You can enjoy the mini library. And if you travel with some book you don't want anymore, you can just exchange it and leave your old book in the flat for some other traveller. If you have a laptop with DVD player, you can choose from many films in the videotheque. Some of them are very interesting and award winning Czech films! After you complete your reservation, I’ll send you: information about how to get to the flat by the public transportation a map of surroundings with recommendations for restaurants, cafés and shops a map with recommendations for typical Czech products or souvenirs. If you travel by car, I can advise you a paid parking place nearby. There is metro and train station Křižíkova just a 5 min walk from the flat. There are 2 nonstop parking places with permanent guarding ine the Křižíkova street. I follow strict hygiene rules to keep you safe during COVID-19 time. I disinfect the apartment and provide you with disinfection, disposable gloves and paper towels.
