Private 2 Bedroom Guest Suite with private Bath

The Edge of Charm holds a private suite for your enjoyment, created out of the second floor of my little yellow farmhouse with a wrap around porch built in the 1880s. As an Architect, the transformation of this place on the northern edge of Baltimore City within walking distance of Belvedere Square and many other amenities has been a labor of love. I look forward to meeting new friends and inviting guests to see the rest of my project to experience living on the Edge of Charm! The house has undergone a complete rehabilitation over the last year along with a major addition that is my new master bedroom suite. I put my heart and soul into this project. It is the culmination of a decade long journey. Looking forward to sharing the back story with those that want to hear and continuing the journey with upcoming projects to complete. Guests do not normally have access to my private living space. However, I will be happy to invite guests into my community dining/kitchen area when home and available. I love to meet new people and socialize, but also a busy guy. You can at least get a quick tour of some of the rest of the house if I am home and don't have time to socialize. I love to meet new people, but will respect your privacy. When I am home I enjoy exercising hospitality and may join you on the porch or invite you into my community dining/kitchen area. The property is within 2 blocks of shopping which includes a grocery store, drug store, drycleaner, liquor store, several good fast food resteraunts, Party City, Panera, etc. It is also winthin walking distance of Belvedere Square which has a wonderful selection of dine in resteraunts situated in an open market style setting as well as the famed Senator Theater. It is 1 block off a bus line and convenient to major highways. Street parking is readily available right outside and never a problem. The suite has it's own heating and air conditioning system to maximize your comfort.
