2-Single beds room for long stay

Guest house located in Suwon council junction. Hotel style guest room including private bathroom, AC, Auto doorlock. Also having a clean and spacious designed common area. Owner couple manage whole building and 3rd, 4th floor are for guest stay. Ajou Univ, Ajou univ hospital, Gwanggyo rake park, Samsung, Nanuri hospital are nearby. Having a great bus system which can go to Central of Seoul without transfer. We do offer special long term deal for univ exchange student. Message about it. 1. Room includes 2 Single beds/clean Linen/desk/cabinet/hanger/private restroom and shower/separated floor heating system/Air conditioner 2. Spacious clean room with great daylighting. Highly recommend for business trip or study. This room is able to stay for long term. 3. Lounge and Kitchen is common area. Sopa, desk and electric massage chair is available at the Lounge. In the Kitchen, you can use utensil, stove, microwave, toaster and all the facility we have for you. Please check and follow the rules for Kitchen before you use. It is forbidden to enter the room that you are not staying. Dining room, and living room are common area. Roof top is closed during the winter. 5F is only for the manager and host. We respect all the guest's privacy. Whenever you need host's help, contact us right away. The cat would not go into the guest`s room and only stay in host`s area. Please let me know if you feel uncomfortable because of the cat.
