It's a double storey terraced house strategically located at Mainland Penang just before the Penang bridge and North South Expressway in the state of Penang. The neighborhood is surrounded by quiet private housing estate and commercial shoplots with plenty of delicious hawker food. It is nearby mainland penang food heaven Wai Sek Kai. Suitable for people traveling for business around the industrial area, wedding nearby Sunway Carnival or people who don't wish to stay on Penang Island The house is currently rented out to working adults and the hosts (my parents who is in their 60s) always drop by to take care of the houses. The masterroom is owned by the hosts by always left vacant as the hosts always go for outstation trips. You will feel like it's your own home and hardly any commercial feel to it. Guests can do light cooking at the kitchen if you need to but there are many great foods by walking distance. There are also TV access in the living room. Dining room is also shared amongst. Rest assured you can hardly see people around as privacy is guaranteed. You can contact the hosts or other tenants who hardly at home other than after working hours. Chai Leng Park is a upper-middle class housing estate. There are many hawkers and restaurants nearby. The famous Wai Sek Kai foodstreet is just 5 minutes walk away. The house is just behind Pearl View Hotel. It is just 10 minutes drive to Sunway Carnival Mall, EPF building and Seberang Jaya Area. For those who wish to travel to Penang Island, the Butterworth jetty is just 15 minutes drive and the first Penang bridge is just 5 minutes away. If you are not driving, there is also Rapid Penang bus available from the Butterworth jetty. Please text me more for details.
