The Barn is 1 of 3 renovated properties in the centre of East Charleton, adjacent to a local convenience store and garage. Kingsbridge is just 2 miles away, whilst beautiful sandy beaches of Salcombe, East Portlemouth & Bantham are 15 minutes by car. The Barn is a comfortable, well equipped home, with 3 beautiful bedrooms, a lovely lounge with wood burner and 3 bathrooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement Follow Insta @home_farm_barns Guests have left great reviews about the location for walking their dogs or exploring the surrounding area. The views at the end of the garden are fantastic, you can sit and enjoy a BBQ and drink whilst looking over the rolling Devonshire countryside. The Barn is set over three floors, so there is space for you to spread out and have some private time just as easily as it is to come together at meal times to enjoy each other’s company around the dining table in the kitchen, watching TV, gathering around the table and chairs on the patio or lounge in the outdoor sofa at the end terrace We have two fire pits to take advantage of, one on the patio next to the house and one at the end terrace near the BBQ, wood and charcoal can be purchased from the stores next door. There is spacious off road parking available and sole use of the whole house and garden. We will not be at the property during your stay but are available by phone day or night, in case guests need any information of help. This beautiful home is located near the popular town of Kingsbridge and Salcombe. In the opposite direction are Slapton and Dartmouth. All are well worth a visit, as well as fantastic beaches, our favourites being Mill Bay and Bantham. Coronavirus Update 17/3/20 - there has been a lot of uncertainty around the Coronavirus but we’d like to assure you that the area is still open for business. A car is essential for visiting the nearby villages. Nearby there are many different walks with outstanding views across the estuary and countryside.
