Independent comfortable 3 BHK apartment, having mesmerizing views of the valley and mountains. Located amidst the peaceful residential neighborhood of Naldehra, our home is a splendid escape 20 Kms away from the commercial craziness of Shimla, at just 8.5 hours drive from Delhi, 3.5 hours drive from Chandigarh. Our property is only available for peaceful family getaways. Please read detailed description below before booking. Our property is a cozy 3 BHK apartment having mesmerizing views of gorgeous forest covered valleys, and the mighty Himalayan peaks (best views between September to February). Property Layout * The apartment consists on 3 Bedrooms with attached / en-suite bathrooms * A stylish Living room, with comfortable sitting for 6 guests, dining area with 6 seating dining table * A balcony deck overlooking the gorgeous valley next to the living room * A fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area * Rear balcony and barbeque area Accessibility & Movement: * The Parking lot is located on top of the building * Our property is 1 level down from the parking * Guests can use the elevator or staircase to come down * Elevator can be used for wheelchair access * Entire house is wheelchair friendly except the balcony which has a ledge Amenities: * A 42 inch HD LED TV with DTH has been provided in the Living Room for family viewing * Another TV is provided in the master bedroom * 100 MBPS WiFi connection * Kitchen has most required utensils, appliances like refrigerator, RO water purifier, microwave, oven, gas stove, toaster, mixer grinder, etc, and necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware. * Bar cabinet is locked with our personal glassware which is not for guest usage * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25 Lts each) * Fans / air-conditioning not required * Heaters / heat convectors have been provided in all rooms for usage in winter. * Electric Blankets have been provided in all rooms * Power back up is through available through common generator (for the building). The generator is switched on in case of a power outage for more than 15 mins. It is not switched on instantly. The generator will provide limited power back up and central heating cannot be used in case of an outage. Only 2 radiators will have power in case of an outage. * Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check in Rental Inclusions: * Complementary Housekeeping - once a day * Electricity - 40Units per day (calculated pro-rata). Enough for running the house with heating. The cap is to prevent misuse / wastage of electricity by leaving water heaters / room heaters left on unattended. Additional electricity will be charged at Rs. 10 per unit. * Free Wifi & Cable TV * Complementary linen change - once a week Rental Exclusions / extras: * No meal is included in the price. * Extra Linen change cost is INR 500 per bed per time Meals & Dining: * Dining / Pickup options are available in the vicinity * We have tied up with a local resto kitchen nearby, and have prepared a selected menu with them for our guests (available at the property). Guests are welcome to order in food using the menu. The food is prepared fresh and all ingredients are bought fresh. The order should be made at least 3 hours in advance (between 10 AM - 7 PM) for the kitchen to prepare and deliver at the property. This encourages local community involvement to promote tourism. Our caretaker will heat and serve the food for our guests. Our Caretakers: * We have a caretaker to look after our guests. Our caretaker is for housekeeping and maintenance and does not know how to cook. He can be sent to nearby places to bring groceries or pick up food delivery. Stay arrangement for helpers like cook or driver is not available at the property. We can help find an accommodation within 1-2 km distance at an additional cost (subject to availability). Parking for 2 cars is available in the stilt area. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, the patio and a small private green lawn at the rear side of the apartment Our property is managed by Hostie - a company for boutique travel homes in North India. Our Zonal Director - Viney will be available to coordinate with the guests for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our care taker stays at the property looks after our guests. Our hteam will be available daily to take care of our guests, and we endeavor to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay with us. For any time, if you require any urgent assistance, our immediate response team numbers along with our co-host / host contact numbers will be mentioned at the property in house rules, as well as at other places. Please feel free to reach out to us any time 24 X 7 in case of any emergency, We will be there for you! The neighborhood is a beautiful, residential area with few apartments, homes, homestay's and resorts. The place is a heaven for Artists, Painters, Photographers, Bird watchers, and Star gazers. Since the neighborhood is a residential area, loud music or making noise is strictly prohibited. The best way to reach our property is via car / cab. Having a local transport is recommended. Public transport is not reliable / prevalent in the area. We can help in organizing a local day hire cab service for you during your stay.
