Across the road from the beach and a restaurant/bar . After a long drive or flight you will find this accommodation spacious and relaxing. The property backs onto a nature reserve with whale watching lookouts a short walk from the house. Quiet area, nature lovers' delight. 10 minutes to the city and 5 minutes drive to shopping and medical amenities. Full kitchen is complete with refrigerator, toaster, jug, crockery, utensils, oven and microwave. No stairs to navigate. Access via private side entry or front entrance. This space is entirely and completely yours to enjoy including the full size pool table and cable TV ! Back garden and pool can be accessed at any time via side stairs or alternate side entrance. Private side entry to flat as well as front entry doors. Your hosts, Greg and Inge will welcome you and show you around the flat, but guests will be left to their own space unless hosts are required. Hosts reside upstairs in main house. Our dog loves people and does actually smile :) A quiet area, the house is across the road from Lamberts Beach, a popular swimming beach. The Point Bar and Grill is opposite, affording guests the opportunity to walk across the road for a restaurant meal or just to enjoy a drink in the balmy outdoors overlooking at the beach. The adjacent walking tracks behind the property are wonderful examples of our bio diversity featuring monitor lizards, guinea fowl and bush turkeys. It also has a whale watching lookout. Great for fitness if you choose the longer track. Family friendly environs. A quick 5 minute drive to the local shopping centre will allow you to buy whatever is necessary to enjoy your stay or seek medical or dental aid if required. Walking tracks at the rear of the property are well sign posted, 2 beaches to walk on , 2 whale watching look outs with a short walking distance. Public transport is accessed approximately 300 metres from the house to take guests into the main city and shopping precinct. Slade Point contains medical services, chemist, supermarket, takeaway shop, hairdresser, bottle shop, service station. Laundry service is available in exchange for a fee. Guest will be presented with a generous breakfast hamper on arrival and receive the occasional treat there after. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided without extra charge throughout your stay. Bathroom is small but has shower, basin and toilet.
