Immaculate and modern five bed five en-suite house

5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, modern, contemporary house, just off Long Eaton High Street. 3 of the larger bedrooms contain zip/link beds so the rooms can be arranged as either super king double or twin single - please let us know your preference when booking. There is also the option of the double sofa bed which is in the communal kitchen/seating area. Our aim is to provide a 'home from home' experience, whether your stay be for business or leisure. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with communal seating and dining area with 32" smart TV and free Netflix. All bedrooms have 32" smart TV with free Netflix and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We have an outdoor courtyard with seating area. There is also a laundry room with washing machine/tumble drier/iron & board (washing powder included). Although we don't live at the house, we are less than 5 minutes away. We will message you with our contact details, ahead of your stay, but generally we respect our guests privacy and will not access the property during your stay (exceptions to this is are if booking is in excess of 1 week, in which case we offer a mid stay clean/linen change. We also have to put the bins out every week) Guests are able to contact the Owners 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. There are plently of great places to eat and drink around the house. Our perosnal favourite take outs are (all can be found online/ (Hidden by Airbnb) and all less than 5 minutes walk from the house): The Thai Kitchen Mount Ghurka Spice Cods Scallops - National Award winning fish and chip shop 2 Lads Deli - Great for breakfast, or a fancy coffee Gyro City - Authenic Greek food Great places to drink: The Stumble Inn - literally at the top of the street. Has some good local live music Cooper Cogs - great for cocktails York Chambers - proper craft ale Local places of interest: The Duchess Theatre is across the road, there is also a pay as you go Gym less than a minutes walk. We are a few minutes walk away from The Westgate Suite, which is a local wedding venue and does regular Northen Soul/Mowton nights. Cliffords Gym and Health Spa is less than 5 minutes walk from the house. We are also walking distance from West Park. We are less than 10 minutes drive to Trent Lock Golf Club, and Trent Lock itself - there are 2 pubs there. We are 30 drive from Nottingham and 30 minutes drive from Derby. Conveniently located a minutes walk from Long Eaton town centre. The property doesn't have parking due to the town centre location, however there are 3 council car parks all within a couple of minutes walk from the house. The charging hours are Mon- Sat 8am-6pm and currently the parking meter only accepts coins. We are close to the main bus routes to Nottingham and East Midlands airport, the bus stop is no more than 3 minutes walk away. Easy access to the M1 which is around 5 minutes drive away.
