We can't CORRECT anything we do not know about. We have taken special attention to detail to ensure your stay is comfortable offering wifi, satellite TV and a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. Just in case you have spent the day on the lake fishing or playing we have a washer and dryer ready for you to freshen your clothes. We are only a stones throw away, so if there is anything you need, paper towel, extra blankets, toilet paper, coffee, creamer or sugar, just let us know we will have it to you immediately. It is our goal to make sure we take care of you during your stay with us. There are 3 window units, that will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our place is perfect for traveling nurses or medical staff. Only 13 miles from CHRISTUS and ETMC in Tyler. Please reach out for monthly reduced pricing. As our guest you will have access to any area that is for members only. You will need to let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure you have a way to access members only spaces. Which includes the pool which is located in the subdivision, it is not a private pool for only the house. But, it is only for our subdivision, you will have a key to access. You can see our house from your place. We won't bother you, but are always available if you have any questions or just need anything at all. Our place is less than 1 block from the lake. Our guest will have access to a boat ramp, play ground and community pool. (During season) *We do ask that you not plan for events or parties without prior approval. There is plenty of parking space. If you have a boat and trailer there is plenty of space to park on the property and we have a plug outside for you to plug your battery up for charge. There is also additional parking across the street. We are only 15 minutes from the Tyler airport and 15 minutes from Tyler. Our place is not water front, but we are literally 10 seconds from the private boat launch. Which includes a dock for your fishing needs.
