Bell’aa, dog friendly rural cottage

Come and stay in our beautiful 3 bedroom cottage, completely renovated to a very high standard. We accept a well behaved dog and we provide an enclosed garden. The cottage has an airy feel to it with high ceilings and thick walls and pretty windows. The cows are in the fields at the back of the house in the summer months whilst in winter you can snuggle up in front of the electric stove in the brick fireplace. Enjoy the Games Barn with its pool table, sofa and storage for bikes or play boules This beautiful semi detached cottage has a spacious feel with vaulted ceiling in the living room, exposed beams throughout and a lovely fully fitted kitchen. Three large bedrooms (one with an antique bed) have been tastefully decorated and all have new comfortable mattresses. The cottage has a large 28sqm terrace with sun sail for warmer days and a lovely garden to relax in. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enormous games barn with pool table, sofas and new for 2022 a pétanque court Sarah is also a qualified Bien Être masseuse and offers treatments for ladies onsite ... paid locally. What a wonderful way to really relax on your holiday. We will meet you on arrival at the property and show you around. We are on hand throughout your holiday to book attractions and restaurants if required. We will do the checkout with you on departure day. We are always on hand should you need us for any reason. The village is very rural with the occasional passing car or tractor on the road. Opposite the cottage is the River Aa where you can fish for brown trout (permit required). The cottage is 20 minutes to Montreuil sur Mer and 45 minutes to the sandy beaches of the coast. A car is definitely needed to enjoy your holiday. There are fabulous cycling routes in the area so bring the bikes. Electric bikes are available to hire in the nearby village for a small charge. The property is semi detached and in a quiet rural village. Please respect our lovely neighbours and make sure there is no loud music after 11pm. During CV19 we are leaving a longer gap between all guests as we need to deep clean thoroughly before you arrive. All guests will have a freshly washed duvet, complete fresh set of bedding including mattress protectors however, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE PILLOWS, please bring your own. Checkin is at 1830 and departure must be before 9am. We hope you understand our commitment to ensuring that the property is completely sanitized before your arrival. 8kwh electric included per day, the rest is on a meter reading payable on departure
