One bedroom with NYC view-25 minutes to Manhattan

A private apartment with a spectacular view of NYC skyline, located 20 min from NYC: • 10 min away from the Wood-Ridge train station that takes you to NYC (within two stops, Wood-Ridge to Secaucus and then Secaucus to NYC Penn) • 7 min to MetLife Stadium and the new American Dream Mall with Nickelodeon Universe, DreamWorks Water Park & Big Snow • 20 min to Newark Airport (EWR), Hackensack University Medical Center and Rutgers University Has it’s own en-suite 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed - lots of light and an unforgettable view, generous living room with a pull out sofa and smart TV, dining area, full bathroom with tub, (linens, soap) and a small kitchenette (no sink) with countertop stove, refrigerator, dishes, and other necessities. There is Roku TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and a bunch of other options. We have a crib and other child necessities offered upon request. We recommend the space for up to 6 people. Complimentary snacks and drinks. We offer our driveway for convenient off-street parking (1 car). If you have two cars let us know and we will provide a guest permit for street parking. There is a private entrance (down 5 steps) shared with the other 2 apartments and access to the front yard. We reside on the first floor, and we are available for anything you might need. We are located just 7 min away from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall (offering an indoor amusement park, indoor sky area, ice-skating and an indoor water park) and Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment. Within 10 min walk, you have the Wood-Ridge train station (round trip -$11.00) that takes you to NYC within 2 stops. Newark (EWR) airport it’s located within 20 min driving. Around 5 min away, driving there is a Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, 149 Polito Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, United States. It depends on what do you want to do. The house is located in a convenient spot, close to NJ transit train/bus & major highways. If you are planning to visit the city (Manhattan), then I would recommend taking the NJ Train from Wood-Ridge station. It takes about 35 min to get to the NYC Penn Station, and you don't have to worry about finding parking for your car. That being said, a round trip is $11, if you are traveling solo then this is the cheapest option; however, if you are traveling with a family then paid parking in the city is worth considering, which ranges from $25 to $45 for 24h depending when you arrive in a day. If you are planning to visit Meadowlands (MetLife Stadium or the American Dream Mall), then the car is the fastest option. Public transportation takes anywhere from 30min to 1h, and a car raid is about 7 min. If you don't want to drive, then I highly recommend taking an Uber or a Lyft, which should be around $10 one way. If you come with the car, there is free street parking available anywhere on the street (I will provide you with a guest permit that you will have to display on your windshield while your car is parked overnight). For public transportation up to date information, I highly recommend downloading the Citymapper app available on both Android and iOS devices.
