Sunrise Treehouse at Santa Fe Treehouse Camp

Sunrise is a one-room screened treehouse (with no electricity) on the 160 acre Santa Fe Treehouse Camp land. There is close access to hiking trails and the National Forest. A private propane fire pit, dishes, silverware and butane stove to warm water is provided. The bath house with flush toilets, sinks and showers is a two minute walk away. You have access to the outdoor kitchen with a community fridge, microwave, toaster oven, propane grill, blender, coffee makers, cooking and eating utensils. Step up a short ladder to enjoy the relaxation and beauty of the crimson sunrise. Though there is no electricity, battery powered lanterns are provided for your lighting needs. Blankets are provided but please bring warm clothes since there is no heater in the treehouse and it can get quite cold in the night. The path to the treehouse is on an incline and about 100’ down. You will have access to hiking trails and all camp amenities other than private cabins, treehouses and campsites unless otherwise notified due to groups in camp. Hosts Brad and Ciana live on the property and are available most of the time if you need anything. We live up a quiet dirt road with very few neighbors. You will hear the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds calling. Though we live on a secluded hilltop we are just 10 minutes away from wonderful restaurants, 25 minutes from museums, Meow Wolf and the historic downtown Santa Fe Plaza and 30 minutes from the Santa Fe Ski Area. We are not near public transportation so you will need your own vehicle, motorcycle, bike, horse Lyft! Be aware that the roads can be snowy or muddy in early spring, late fall and winter. At those times of the year, we recommend a car with front-wheel, all- track or four-wheel drive and good traction tires. Wifi is available close to the camp office. The reception s poor at Sunrise. Cell reception is limited (Verizon works best). Please bring your own toiletries. Dogs are welcome if you can lift them onto the 4’ deck. ($10 per night/per dog). (Closest market 25 min)
