Farm Stay in Beautiful Millers Forest

Rural Retreat set amongst the farming community of Millers Forest, Near new 4 bedroom modern house is only 30min away from the beautiful Hunter Vineyards, Port Stephens and Newcastle. 5 min Drive to the M1 Freeway, with a 2hr drive to Sydney. Your standard booking will be for 6 guests, you will need to book for 8. Fire Pit BYO wood Please read the house rules! We have moved into the loft of the barn, 70m away from house. We are in and out most days, the house will be your for your stay. Quiet Farm retreat, this is a farm of 100 acres. 10m swimming pool (not heated) 3/4 slate snooker table We move into the shed on a full time bases Parking for cars small trucks and caravans You will have access to the house, pool area and fire pit BYO Wood. Local servo sells bags of wood. We will be happy to talk to guest Eve though we are in the shed our guest hardly ever see us Millers Forest is a farming community 10 min from historical town to of Maitland and Morpeth. So still working on the landscaping Millers Forest House Rule Please read carefully We are sorry for how some of the house rules come across, we have had a few people that have damaged the property and it has taken in some cases days to fix. No Shoes Policy "To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home." Cleaning Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes and/or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the laundry. If you choose not to the clean and put away dishes there will be an additional charge of $50 as this is how much the cleaner charges us. Any rubbish that doesn’t fit into the bin must be taken with you. Please Take all rubbishy out to the bins. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests." Damages "We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too." Smoking Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke either out front or back)." Disposing of your butts thoughtfully Drugs "What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules." Electrical To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too." Extra guest Standard booking is 6 guest, if you want 8 guests you will need to be specific with your booking. 8 guests including kids, that’s not 8 adults and 4 kids(12) Don’t try to sneak extra guest !!! We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible." Swimming Pool Area No glassware is permitted in the pool. Diligent care should be taken on wet surfaces All children must be supervised at all times. Any pool toys left in the pool are should be looked after Fire Pit Fire wood at local servo Unfortunately if it is to windy or total fire ban no fire will be allowed.
