If you are not traveling already by car we recommend hiring a car to be able to access easily the local beaches, towns and supermarkets. The property is beautifully decorated and consists of two double bedrooms with double beds and built in wardrobes, A bright newly renovated bathroom and kitchen fully equipped with brand new microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the equipment you would need for cooking. There is a spacious living/dining with a sofa bed and a terrace garden patio area for outdoor living. The community has 3 pool areas for you to enjoy all accessible within a minute walk using a fob electronic key. The outdoor terrace patio area has a high wall built around it making it private. It is southfacing and bathed in natural sunlight throughout the day making it an ideal place to lounge, sunbathe, have a glass of wine or a barbacue with family and friends. (Gas barbacue available for guests to use). Free parking on site in gated private community. Available if guests need or require any additional help or information during their stay. Quiet gated community with 3 available pools in complex. Every Thursday there is a local market 2 minuted from the complex where you can find fruit and fresh vegetables. Just a 2 minute walk you will also find bars / coffee shops and restaurants. Carabassi beach is just a 5 minute car drive. There is a local train that passes throughout the day that will give you a short tour of Gran Alacant, it takes you to shopping centre where you can find supermarkets and many other amenities. You can also take a bus right next to Sabadell bank to take a day trip to Alicante City or the town of Santa Pola.
