House with single private room available on third floor. Bathroom and kitchen shared. One block away from bus stop (Bus 44/Ardmore), 0.7mi from train station. Usually this room is for single person, however one extra person can be accommodated (full bed) at the expense of extra $10/night. Laundry (wash and dry) is available at the expense of $5 for full cycle. Parking available on street. Room features bed, desk, drawers, carpeting, AC/heating. A single room 2 windows, real bed (queen), a small wall closet, dresser, mirror, table, table lamp, chair, a book shelf. The room has individual AC, room heater and a small fan. Guests can access front and back porch, kitchen and dining space. We greet our guests personally. So, please let me know your arrival time, so that someone is there to show you in. I prefer my guests taking off their shoes. Please lock the door after entering and leaving the premise (instructions provided while checking in).
