Country retreat & enchanting views

Relax in a comfortable room with a private bath & entrance in a renovated farmhouse situated in the midst of rolling hills, vineyards and a seasonally-changing palette of an unspoiled countryside, with charming French villages nearby. It's a peaceful and quiet retreat. Two twin beds can be put together for a queen, night stands, reading lamp, desk and chair, Wi-Fi, antique armoire, electric wall heater for chilly nights, original art, gorgeous bucolic views through the French doors across gently rolling hills to the east. The views are truly spectacular and it's a perfect location, close to Eauze, Norgao, Cazaubon, Barboton-les-Thermes, Estang and other villages. Guests have outside space under a hundred year old oak tree to sit and relax as well as terrace space both with tables and chairs. Directions - From Eauze take D626 3 km. to D30, turn left towards Campagne d'Armagnac, Réans, Estang. Travel 8 km, turn right at cow barn, small wall with Aux Arbeils, Maignan signs. Turn right at first road. Aux Arbeils is the first house. From Barbotan-les-Thermes head east towards Eauze on the N524. 6km to Cutxan. Turn right at Marguestau, Campagne d'Armagna. Stay right past church, 3 km to T in road. Turn left towards Ayzieu. At main crossroads, D30, turn right. At second bollard turn right at cow barn, follow previous directions. From Estang, D30, head east 6 km. Turn left after Domaine de Saoubis, organic winery. You'll see cow barn and small stone wall. Follow other directions. from cow barn. I am on a private country road off the beaten path, but within walking distance of an organic winery and tasting room. There is no convenient public transportation. Parking is included on the property. Guests will be 1 hour away from Pau airport, and 2 hours away from the Toulouse and Bordeaux airports. I am also 40 minutes from the Mont de Marsan train station. A car is necessary.
