Private Villa in Nature Near Sea

Sunny cretan villa in a private area of 9 acres with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Heraklion, just 5 km away from the cretan sea, a private pool of 174 square meters, outdoor wood-fired oven, and a beautiful garden in nature for evening strolls. A villa that allows you to simultaneously rejoice both your personal moments and the beauty of the surrounding villages and towns. Secluded by a nearby town or village, yet only minutes away from the crowds of a city. Relax in the private pool or drive to the city center of Heraklion and beaches of the prefecture of Heraklion and not only. The house can be divided into two somewhat independent spaces, the upper and lower floor, with 2 independent kitchens. For cooking enthusiasts, the house also has an external wood-fired oven. Guest will have access to plates, spoons, forks and all the necessary items for enjoying their cooking. Moreover bath towels and bed linen will be provided by us. Access is permitted to all the rooms in the the main house except the underground storage room. Access to external storage rooms is prohibited. We are available for assistance throughout the day. Wake up in the morning surrounded by the sounds of the various birds in the area. Enjoy your afternoon in the garden watching the swallows that often visit the pool, or take a stroll in nature to the village of Ano Kalesia that is only a few minutes away. If you are lucky, you might also encounter an experience with a white owl at night. A car is considered essential to access the house as the only means of transport is the bus from the village located about 1 kilometer away from the house The pool is cleaned about once weekly by a competent person.
