Lovely family home, located right on the north west coast between the town ship of ulverstone and penguin. Opposite the property is the sea and goat island. Place has 4 bedrooms with 2 Queens beds and two bunks beds. On request can set up another queen bed in the back room and also have 2 porta cots available. max 10 people and 2 infants. It's a lovely family home. Lots of room for parking at least 5 cars. Lot of room for kids to play in the yard. Front gate shuts to keep children in the yard. Suitable for disabled assess. Bathroom fitted for disabled use. One room has special power point for medical equipment. Has a side sunroom to chill out. Another room at the back of house that can be used as a play room or set up for another two people. Place is On tank water. Wood heater to keep you warm on the cold winter days. Also house fitted with two toilets. There are toys and books for children to read and play with. The whole place. Free use of any vegetable growing in the garden and on fruit trees. Fresh eggs daily from the local family chooks. Just through the bookings and if they need help while staying there. Ocean views from the house, peaceful atmosphere, Enjoy the different areas around the house to relax in. Ideal family and friends home away from home. Located Next door is the lovely blueren teahouse for meals. Goat island Reserve is across the road to explore. You can walk to the very top of goat island and get a view looking back over to ulverstone. While exploring the island look out for the caves and rock pools. The township of Ulverstone is only a few minutes drive and offers an abundance of restaurants/ cafe's, large supermarkets, bottle shops, parks/playgrounds and boutique shops that cater for all your shopping needs. The seaside town of Penguin is a short 5 min drive along the beautiful scenic route it offers a range of beautiful cafe's and has lovely boutique shops, The iconic Penguin market operates every Sunday.
