Civitella Medieval House

A gorgeous antique house on three storeys with indipendent garden and entrance. Set on the quiet village of Civitella San Paolo an hours drive from Rome it can be easily reached by car and has all amenities within walking distance. The house is indipendent but all amenities are within walking distance including a bus which goes into Rome. The house is in the centre of Civitella but has two independent entrances , one in the village the other from the garden. A car can be parked in front of the garden and be seen from the house. The village entrance is pedestrian as is most of the old center. It is on three storeys and has a high beamed ceiling on the top floor. It dates 17 th century. The house walls are a meter thick. All guests have access to whole house and are indipendent. The garden is also private and only house guests can access it. I live near Civitella and know the area very well. I will be happy to aid you any time! Civitella is an unspoilt medieval village right in the Roman countryside. The village is small but has a post office food shops a bakery a restaurant and cafés. From Civitella you can easily reach the other villages of the area and explore all central Italy with ease. The house lookes over the country side and has beautiful views. There are regular buses that leave for Rome every day but the area is best explored by car. A car or bike can be parked just outside the garden within sight. The area is quiet and rural and beautiful in spring summer and autumn.
