Work remotely from this beautiful home while you enjoy the amazing recreation Utah has to offer. A spacious living room and kitchen are perfect for time together, while a well-equipped, private office allows you to work efficiently. A private patio offers a BBQ grill, comfortable seating, a fire pit and an outdoor propane heater for those chilly evenings. Outdoor recreation (hiking, mountain biking and skiing) are just minutes away. The home is located on the East Bench of North Salt Lake with easy freeway access and just minutes from Downtown. The views are stunning and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. This 2-story with a basement offers privacy at every level. The basement is especially secluded, with a private office, bathroom and living room. This space is perfect for the remote worker. It is already set up with dual monitors and docking station. There is also a color printer and the WIFI is super fast. There is an optional twin bed in the office that can be made available as well. The bedrooms are on the second story, as is the laundry room. The kitchen and main living room are on the main level and offer a spacious feel. Just outside the kitchen is a small deck with seating for 2, while a more secluded patio offers ample seating, a BBQ grill, fire pit and propane heater for those chilly nights. This home is ideal for families and business travelers. Although children and babies are welcome, the home has no baby-proofing features. You will be responsible to provide any of these needs. You have the home to yourself. The garage is locked and so is a small storage area in the basement, but you have access to everything else. Parking will be in the driveway only and can accommodate 2 vehicles. No street parking. I live nearby, so although I am not at the property, I can be available should you need assistance with anything. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a cute little playground right across the street and beautiful views can be enjoyed. You will also see fireworks from this location on New Year's Eve, Independence Day and Pioneer Day (July 24). Uber is commonly used from the home and you can expect about a 10 minute wait. There are stairs to enter the home and stairs to the basement and second story. There are surveillance cameras at each entrance of the home, but your privacy is completely protected inside the home. There are no cameras at the private outdoor patio, either. The cameras are for your security as well as ours. They will be used to ensure no violations of the pet policy or extra guests.
