This is a spacious luxury master ,en-suite bedroom with super king bed. Suitable for a family or group of friends . It can comfortably cater for 4 persons ,as there is an extra single /double floor mattress . The base price is for two people sharing and there is an extra cost of €40 for additional guests. Each guest will have the use of a spacious en- suite bedroom . Coffee and tea making facility . Bathroom includes a shower, his and her sinks . Availability of converted shed . Shoot some pool , listen to music . Seating and eating area for optional takeaway/ delivery and a small fridge for storage, food /beers . Access to large garden area , kick around or sit around . Safe for small children to play. Availability of barbecue on prior request . Best to come prepared , disposable plates , forks , knives and cups as kitchen access, is not available in the best interest of all our ,health and safety . I am available to answer any questions you may have or reasonable considerations to make your stay more enjoyable , while also appreciating your need for privacy and my own.. Town park with rose garden , in honor of the internationally famous “Rose of Tralee” festival . Cafes , restaurants and shopping . Local grocery shop , off-license , restaurant and bar, walking distance from my home. Within short driving distance you are navigating part of the “ Wild Atlantic Way” .10/20 mins . scenic drive to many local picturesque beaches , swimming , surfing , mountains , hiking trails , golf/ pitch n putt courses. Fishing , pier, lake and shore. Many places of historical ruins and interests to visit .. The picturesque and quaint tourist attraction towns of, Dingle and Killarney are 30/40 mins. drive . Abundance of places of interest to be explored and opportunities for all ages and ability .. Parking available on my property. House is in walking distance of town and taxi’s are in abundance in town. I have recently installed a key lock box to accommodate and ensure safe and healthy interaction measures for you , during your stay at my home ..
