Two bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room make this a home away from home. Downtown restaurants and entertainment are just around the corner, or shop economically at the Dollar General just down the street. The carpeted stairwell is well lighted and motion activated lighting ensure you can always see your way. Our building has two secure entrances, equipped with Ring camera/door bells. This unit also has two entrances/exits. As hosts, we are never far away from this property. We can often be found working in the newspaper office below the rooms and live only a few minutes away. Our community of 3,000 is quiet, friendly, and safe. We have a hospital with 24-hour Emergency care less than a mile away. The Riverfront Park is just two blocks away and has several walking routes. This park has been called the most beautiful one anywhere along the Illinois River.
